Objectives and Functions

• To develop conducive environment for performance-based teaching and learning process


• To inculcate human values and ethical practices in developing the students and to strive for excellence in quality of higher education


• To develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institutions.


• To channelize all efforts and measures of the institution towards promoting its holistic academic excellence


• To ensure continuous improvements in teaching and learning process in the institute, to continuously innovate the pedagogy


• To achieve goals of quality education and its sustenance by developing quality culture in the institute


• To create awareness about quality aspects of higher education, to conduct regular meetings for review of quality policies


• To implement ICT and latest technologies in teaching and learning activities


• To make student-centric approaches for overall progress of the students from an ordinary individual to management professionals

Internal Quality Assurance Cell-(IQAC)

The IQAC at the Institute of Business Management and Rural Development, Ahmednagar was established in the year 2016.It was modified according to the new NAAC guidelines of 2020-21, for cycle -2. With the new guidelines published by NAAC in 2020, IBMRD made the required amendments and fortified the IQAC as per the new guidelines. We are committed to provide Excellent Quality Education; we are offering two years full time MBA and MCA programs affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by DTE, Government of Maharashtra and the AICTE, New Delhi

Quality Policy-as per NAAC:

“The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institutions. For this, during the post-accreditation period, it will channelize all efforts and measures of the institution towards promoting its holistic academic excellence.”
